Voices of  THECREATIVEUNDERGROUND (TCU) is a multicultural group of participants from many backgrounds and artistic disciplines, steadfast toward making a powerful experience in the realm of Community Arts that is intellectually, physically, and emotionally stimulating.
The East Tennessee region is made up of many diverse and underrepresented communities, each with its own story and identity.
TCU aims to provide a voice for established and promising talent from those communities by promoting and encouraging inclusion.
